For their new front entrance door, Alana & Thomas selected a European engineered redwood timber door with double raised & fielded panels at the bottom and two panes of sandblasted glass incorporating a clear boarder in the top half.
Alana was very keen on having a bright teal colour, and although Thomas wasn’t too sure about the colour to start with, they all love the final look of the door.
They opted for a single colour, RAL 6026 “Opal Green” for both the exterior and interior of the new door.
As with all our doors, it was fitted with a high-security multipoint locking system, Alana & Thomas opted for the town house style finger pull escutcheon as opposed to a lever handle.
They then completed the look by including a ring door knocker and a beautiful Samuel Heath Octagonal Doorknob on the mid rail. All furniture was finished in polished brass for an added touch of elegance.
The result is a statement entrance door that incorporates classic elegance with a nod to the homeowner’s personality combined with practicality for a busy family home.
