Timber Casement and Sash Windows, Summertown, Oxford
Suzanna runs her own olive oil business from her traditional end-of-terrace home in the sought-after area of Summertown in Oxford.
The classic sash windows at the front and casement windows at the back were all in need of replacement, and Summertown planning rules dictate that they must be replaced with appropriate timber windows.
This project had to be managed during the most difficult part of the Covid-19 pandemic, so we had to coordinate our work between lockdowns, and a massive wardrobe was obstructing the first-floor sash window, but everything went smoothly – from the initial measurements to the final making good.
