Wooden French Doors, Buntingford

Robert reached out Woodcraft Windows to replace the French doors in the kitchen of his home in Buntingford, Hertfordshire. The old wooden French doors had become difficult to operate as the weather had worked its worst on them over the years.

The doors were also incongruous with the other external doors on the property and Robert was keen to have the new doors match those already existing in the adjacent conservatory as closely as possible to help give his home a more uniform look, as well as provide seamless views of the Hertfordshire countryside. The removal of the old French doors and installation of the new, engineered timber French doors was straightforward and completed within one day.

We were able to match the conservatory doors very closely, and Robert is delighted with the new doors, the additional security provided and the enhanced view of his garden and surrounding countryside.

” I wasn’t convinced at first that they would be able to match the conservatory doors so well, but they look identical and i’m very pleased to have been proven wrong. The work was done quickly, on time, and exactly as we had discussed. The end result speaks for itself, and they were a pleasure to work with, great job!”
