Steven was adding an extension to the back of his house in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
He wanted to allow in the maximum light possible, so our surveyor worked closely with the builders to agree the opening sizes and we got to work custom-building the huge five-panel main bi-fold door and the extra-wide two-panel one for the side, as well as a new set of French doors for the existing house.
The installation team arrived to fit the new timber bi-folds into the aperture created by the builders. A small issue with the floor height was quickly resolved on site and the doors were installed in just two days.
After the building had settled, the doors needed a final adjustment, so Vadim called in, set up his laser and adjusted the doors to glide effortlessly across the opening.
Steven is delighted with the new doors in his extension and is now in the process of laying a new stone patio in time for his Mum’s 70th birthday.
